About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned bi-annual and annual targets for consumption and new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans with key customers, including education and promotion plans.
  • Plan and execute high-quality distributor sales meetings and trainings to exceed objectives.
  • Proactively develop relationships with local Cosmoprof (BSG) stores to support the Wella portfolio.
  • Prospect the market to identify and close competitive brand salons to drive new business growth.
  • Manage a customer portfolio by creating strategic profiles of prospects to increase brand penetration.
  • Spend approximately 75% of time in the field conducting customer and prospect calls.
  • Analyze sales and business reports to identify key opportunities to maximize monthly revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a B2B account management role with a track record of delivering sales results.
  • Strong negotiation and customer portfolio management competencies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driving license and a willingness to travel 75% of the time within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to travel via air 1-2 times per year for national sales meetings.
  • A genuine interest in the beauty industry.
