Responsibilities

• Provide strategic client consulting and independent account management with a focus on social media communication
• Manage and support complex client projects, particularly in the Retail and FMCG sectors
• Oversee project management across all phases, from briefing and planning to implementation and quality assurance
• Develop recommendations, presentations, and trend analyses for clients
• Manage budget controlling, timelines, and quality control for client projects
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and external partners

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant agency experience, ideally focused on Digital, Social Media, or Online Communication
• Experience managing large, dynamic client accounts, ideally in Retail, FMCG, or trade-related environments
• Passion for social media, digital communication, and cultural trends
• Strong consulting and project management skills with high quality standards
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style with strong prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
