Account Manager - Water Treatment Chemicals

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to recommend improvement initiatives
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Business Reviews
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability
• Meet annual revenue targets and manage commercial negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new business opportunities
• Follow all EHS policies and procedures to ensure safety excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Engineering (preferred) or 8+ years of direct water treatment industry experience
• Experience in chemical water and process treatment
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with success in account management and revenue growth
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations and chemistry concepts
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
