Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual business plans for Walmart (US+CA).
• Manage item setup, maintenance, and lifecycle activities within partner systems like Retail Link and Walmart Luminate.
• Monitor weekly POS, retail inventory, and replenishment in collaboration with supply chain teams.
• Track business performance across both in-store and online channels (Walmart.com).
• Maintain accurate forecasting through close collaboration with Demand Planning.
• Build and maintain working relationships with Walmart Buying, Planning, and Merchant teams.
• Execute promotional calendars, including price reductions, weekly ads, and holiday programs.
• Partner with Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimize digital content and search performance.
• Perform POS analysis and utilize syndicated data tools to provide category insights and business recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Category roles within retail or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, financial, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience managing digital retail content and online merchandising.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in Arkansas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with Walmart.
• Proficiency with Walmart systems: Retail Link, Supplier One, Scintilla (Walmart Luminate), and Walmart Open Call.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, Housewares, or CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
