Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients to drive retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for campaign communications, setups, and troubleshooting
• Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from internal briefing to post-campaign analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through weekly reporting
• Coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams including Trading, Ad Ops, and Creative
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in media or advertising
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and omnichannel campaigns
• Experience using programmatic platforms (DSPs/SSPs)
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and data visualization platforms like Tableau
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing campaigns across OLV, Display, and CTV formats
• Ability to translate performance data into client-ready presentations
