Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of golf course partners to drive revenue growth and long-term retention
• Conduct regular client check-ins to review performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities
• Provide consultative advice on product adoption, industry trends, and dynamic pricing strategies
• Leverage quantitative data and technical tools to create compelling proposals for clients
• Execute outbound engagement and manage inbound cases across assigned regions in the UK and Ireland
• Maintain accurate daily activity records and account updates using Salesforce
• Meet and exceed individual and department metrics related to revenue and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in e-commerce or technology
• Proven business acumen with strong negotiation and complex relationship management skills
• Experience analyzing, collating, and presenting data to support client recommendations
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and sales automation technologies
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
• Willingness to travel for onsite client visits when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree level education in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or IT
• Familiarity with or direct experience in the UK golf market
