About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of golf course partners across the UK and Ireland to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to review performance, gather feedback, and identify up-selling opportunities.
  • Provide consultative advice on product adoption and dynamic pricing strategies to help customers maximize value.
  • Leverage quantitative data and technical tools to create compelling proposals and account reviews.
  • Proactively engage partners through outbound activity and handle inbound cases to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of all client activities and interactions using Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed individual and departmental metrics related to revenue and account retention.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, specifically managing the retention and growth of customer accounts.
  • Experience working within the e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex client relationships.
  • Proven ability to analyze, collate, and present data to support business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and sales automation technologies.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related purposes, including onsite client visits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree-level education in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or IT.
  • Familiarity with or direct experience in the UK golf market.
