Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem Applications
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to recommend improvement initiatives
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Business Reviews
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability
• Meet annual revenue targets and manage commercial negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new business opportunities
• Follow all EHS policies and procedures to ensure safety excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical) preferred
• Or minimum 8+ years of direct experience in the water treatment industry
• Chemical water treatment experience
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with success in account management
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude for small-scale equipment and instrumentation
• Strong problem-solving and sample analysis skills
