About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and follow an effective call strategy for the assigned region to increase referral outcomes
  • Build effective relationships with customers, physicians, and community leaders
  • Present company information, service arrays, and outcomes data using appropriate medical terminology
  • Report regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on progress and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for publicity and coordinate community events
  • Use reporting and data tools to convey clinical excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales
  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience to physicians, medical offices, or employers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time throughout the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical or healthcare sales experience
