About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and follow an effective call strategy for the assigned region to increase referral outcomes
- Build effective relationships with customers and community leaders
- Present company information, service arrays, and outcomes data to potential partners
- Report regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on progress and challenges
- Identify opportunities for publicity and coordinate community events
- Use reporting and data tools to convey clinical excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience to physicians, medical offices, or employers
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the assigned region
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Self-starter capable of working independently with limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical or healthcare sales experience
- Experience in a team lead role with a focus on mentoring and coaching peers
