About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians and office staff
- Grow market share in the assigned Arkansas region
- Promote company brands and clinicians
- Execute an effective call strategy to increase referral outcomes
- Report progress and challenges to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales
- Present company information, service arrays, and outcomes data to partners
- Identify publicity opportunities and coordinate community events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience to physicians or medical offices
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sell intangibles such as ideas and concepts
- Self-starter capable of working independently
