About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute business development and capture strategy for the unmanned solutions market
- Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with customers and partners
- Lead capture efforts including sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposal writing
- Maintain a target pipeline and actionable sales forecast
- Analyze market size, priority customer segments, and key platform manufacturers
- Coordinate customer demonstrations and platform integration activities
- Provide market feedback regarding technical requirements like throughput, latency, and network resilience
- Work with Marketing and Product Managers to articulate emerging customer requirements
Requirements
- Four-year technical degree or equivalent military service
- At least ten years of overall professional experience
- Five years of related experience in unmanned systems or technology segments
- Strong understanding of military communications and unmanned systems markets
- Familiarity with resilient communications and mobile ad hoc networking
- Ability to explain complex signal-processing and networking concepts to customers
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 50%
