About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dental clients, including doctors, office managers, and treatment coordinators.
- Lead monthly performance reviews covering campaign results, lead flow, cost per new patient, and front-desk call handling.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI by optimizing new patient offers and service-line targeting (implants, ortho, cosmetic, etc.).
- Translate dental marketing expertise into actionable strategies that grow practice production and patient mix.
- Collaborate with creative and advertising teams to ensure campaigns attract high-quality, high-conversion patients.
- Coach dental practices on lead follow-up speed, call scripts, and scheduling workflows to improve appointment conversion.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 30–40 dental clients across general dentistry, specialty, and multi-location groups.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in dental marketing, dental practice marketing, or a dental agency/DSO environment.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and act as a trusted advisor to dentists and practice owners.
- Deep knowledge of the dental patient journey and fluency in dental terminology and service lines.
- Strong understanding of key dental metrics, including cost per new patient, show rate, case acceptance, and production per visit.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to present results to doctors and front-office teams.
- Highly organized and proactive approach to managing multiple client accounts and campaign deliverables.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, call tracking, and dental practice management software.
