About the role

Responsibilities

  • Expand customer base and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
  • Develop leads and pursue new customers according to targeted account plans
  • Represent the company at customer trials and arrange product demonstrations
  • Observe industry and competitor activities to identify expansion areas
  • Use Salesforce and LMS pricing tools for accurate pricing recommendations
  • Contribute to achieving budgeted customer profitability (EBIT, EBITA, EBITDA)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with leading-edge technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce
  • Must satisfy requirements for a "Possessor of Explosives" (ATF)
  • Ability to acquire and maintain necessary federal, state, and county licenses (e.g., blaster licenses)
  • Current MSHA certification for Part 46 and 48
