Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and growth among clientele by identifying business needs and providing viable cybersecurity solutions
• Establish and maintain direct relationships with clients and partner agencies through regular meetings
• Support the pre-sales cycle by managing the deployment of agents and licenses
• Manage processes related to pricing, invoicing, and budgets to obtain necessary approvals
• Partner with Operations and Sales teams to manage client relationships and resolve issues
• Track client and partner metrics to identify success stories and growth opportunities
• Travel across target GCC markets to meet customers and discuss product expansion
• Act as a brand ambassador and escalate customer issues through appropriate technical channels

Requirements

• Arabic fluency is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter
