About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key agency accounts by building strong client relationships and understanding their objectives.
- Partner with the Trading team to rapidly onboard new customers and with Sales to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a platform expert, providing strategic insights, best practices, and continual training to clients on new features.
- Collaborate with Product Management to help define and drive platform enhancements.
- Contribute to the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, and customer-facing guides.
Requirements
- 3+ years of online advertising experience.
- 1+ years of client-facing experience.
- Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, or ad servers.
- Experience with various optimization platforms.
