Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key agency accounts by building strong client relationships and understanding their objectives.
• Partner with the Trading team to rapidly onboard new customers and with Sales to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a platform expert, providing strategic insights, best practices, and continual training to clients on new features.
• Collaborate with Product Management to help define and drive platform enhancements.
• Contribute to the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, and customer-facing guides.

Requirements

• 3+ years of online advertising experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience.
• Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, or ad servers.
• Experience with various optimization platforms.
