Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal agency teams
• Manage day-to-day client communication with clarity and professionalism
• Oversee broadcast and digital projects from kickoff through launch
• Request, review, proof, and coordinate approvals across creative, media, and production teams
• Prepare and present clear, well-organized client presentations
• Review, analyze, and communicate campaign results and data insights
• Assist with budget management, including digital budgets and co-op
• Coordinate legal and offer approvals, including FTC guidelines and state regulations
• Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and maintain organizational systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months full-time experience in an advertising agency
• Proven client service experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfort working with data, reports, and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both traditional and digital media
• Familiarity with budgets, co-op programs, and performance reporting
