About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal agency teams
- Manage day-to-day client communication with clarity and professionalism
- Oversee broadcast and digital projects from kickoff through launch
- Request, review, proof, and coordinate approvals across creative, media, and production teams
- Prepare and present clear, well-organized client presentations
- Review, analyze, and communicate campaign results and data insights
- Assist with budget management, including digital budgets and co-op
- Coordinate legal and offer approvals, including FTC guidelines and state regulations
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and maintain organizational systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months full-time experience in an advertising agency
- Proven client service experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort working with data, reports, and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both traditional and digital media
- Familiarity with budgets, co-op programs, and performance reporting
