About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through cold outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across the TELUS product suite, including mobility, internet, VoIP, and security
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with 3x coverage against monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with SMB decision-makers and C-level executives
- Follow the TELUS Solution Selling framework to diagnose and design tailored technology solutions
- Manage accurate CRM data and activity tracking within Salesforce
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling to SMB decision-makers such as Owners, CEOs, or IT Directors
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive presence skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Existing SMB network within the telecom industry
- Experience using sales engagement platforms and conducting virtual presentations
