About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through cold outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across the TELUS product suite, including mobility, internet, VoIP, and security
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with 3x coverage against monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with SMB decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Follow the TELUS Solution Selling framework to diagnose and design tailored technology solutions
  • Manage accurate CRM data and activity tracking within Salesforce

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling to SMB decision-makers such as Owners, CEOs, or IT Directors
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive presence skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Existing SMB network within the telecom industry
  • Experience using sales engagement platforms and conducting virtual presentations
