Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives by managing post-sale activities, including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review
• Manage day-to-day account responsibilities and maintain client schedules for television and digital platforms
• Interact daily with advertising agencies and direct clients to ensure superior customer service
• Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, Research, and Creative Services, to meet client needs
• Track client audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment data
• Assist with contract maintenance, order entry, traffic, and identifying incremental revenue opportunities

Requirements

• 1-3 years of account management experience in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment
• Proven track record of client retention and business growth
• Knowledge of broadcasting and digital advertising marketing solutions
• Proficiency with CRM systems and the MS Office suite
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle to various locations
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital advertising solutions
• Ability to solve problems independently and adapt to evolving priorities
