Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with post-sale activities, including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review
• Manage daily interactions with advertising agencies and direct clients to maintain television and digital schedules
• Coordinate with Marketing, Research, and Creative Services departments to fulfill client needs
• Partner with sales teams to identify new revenue opportunities based on campaign performance results
• Assist with contract maintenance, order entry, traffic, make-goods, and collections
• Track client audience delivery using ratings, impressions, and specific KPIs
• Set up new customer accounts and manage contract revisions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of account management experience in a fast-paced media sales environment
• Proven track record of client retention and business growth
• Knowledge of broadcasting and digital advertising marketing solutions
• Proficiency with CRM systems and the MS Office suite
• Experience or familiarity with Google Analytics and digital advertising solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
