About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-sale support to Account Executives, including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review
  • Manage daily interactions with advertising agencies and direct clients to maintain television and digital schedules
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Research, and Creative Services departments to fulfill client needs
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign performance
  • Track client audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment metrics
  • Assist with contract maintenance, order entry, traffic, make-goods, and collections
  • Coordinate the setup of new customer accounts and contract revisions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management experience in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment
  • Proven track record of successfully retaining and growing client accounts
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and the MS Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to solve problems independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of broadcasting and digital advertising solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with media research and audience delivery metrics
