About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support an assigned portfolio of redistribution clients to drive net revenue growth and foster strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account growth plans based on client business objectives and market demands.
  • Assist in renewal and expansion negotiations, including account analysis and contract finalization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by building multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholders and workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources, including Sales Specialists and Implementation teams, to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Provide client feedback to inform product roadmap improvements and promote adoption of new offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client-facing roles within B2B environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable client strategies.
