About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a dedicated team of 6-8 Account Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, teamwork, and high performance.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement tailored strategies to drive growth and business targets.
- Design and execute innovative strategies to maximize customer retention, upselling, and revenue amplification.
- Provide consistent, constructive feedback and hands-on leadership to drive team motivation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer experience, and sales teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Participate in recruitment and retention strategies to build and scale high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Native or expert Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
- Proven experience managing individual contributors within a Customer Experience or Customer Success team.
- Strong track record in driving upselling, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Extensive experience working within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data insights to drive informed decision-making.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a startup culture.
