About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with used car dealers and brokers
  • Attend face-to-face appointments and conduct telephone/email negotiations
  • Offer competitive finance terms to dealers and brokers
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure sales and efficiency targets are met
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Achieve business targets and personal objectives
  • Attend 121s and team meetings

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills for interacting with dealers and brokers
  • Ability to work independently and set own priorities
  • Accountability for personal performance
  • Ability to communicate information clearly, fairly, and without being misleading
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present material to senior management
  • Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills
  • Flexibility to work extra hours to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in motor finance or the motor industry
  • Understanding of the digital marketplace within motor finance
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment in the motor industry
