About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers and brokers
- Attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms
- Manage existing broker accounts to ensure they meet sales and efficiency targets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve business targets and personal objectives
- Attend 121s and team meetings in office locations
Requirements
- Effective communication skills for interacting with dealers and brokers
- Ability to work independently and set own priorities
- Accountability for personal performance
- Ability to communicate clearly, fairly, and not misleadingly
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to research, analyse, and present material to senior management
- Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills
- Flexibility to work extra hours when required to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in motor finance or the motor industry
- Understanding of the digital marketplace within motor finance
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in the motor industry
