Account Manager SWIS

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling through customized solutions
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
• Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and service delivery teams for seamless client experiences
• Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management
• Resolve client issues promptly using a customer-focused problem-solving approach
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information within the CRM system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and service-based business models
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in both German and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sales enablement services or similar solution-based offerings
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and account growth objectives
• Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive account strategy
