Account Manager, Strategic Healthcare Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Own relationships across a portfolio of strategic healthcare partners and Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) partners
• Drive quarterly revenue goals by expanding existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities
• Partner with engineering and product teams to guide technical integrations and API platform usage
• Use data to uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, product, marketing, and legal teams
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, business development, or management consulting
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
• Healthcare industry knowledge including payers, providers, and value-based care models
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
