Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned Risk partners
• Proactively identify, forecast, and manage account risk through mitigation strategies
• Communicate partner needs and risk mitigation requirements across internal teams
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing product usage, performance trends, and partner needs
• Lead client conversations to drive adoption, performance, retention, and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues
• Leverage CRM and Client Success tools to track engagement and account health metrics

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role within SaaS or the self-storage industry
• Experience with consultative selling and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Hands-on experience with Client Success platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Vitally, Gong)
• Strong relationship management skills with a proactive, partner-first mindset
• Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as needed
