Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market development for SWS welding equipment to achieve assigned targets
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction
• Collect and analyze market information to formulate and implement effective marketing plans
• Lead business negotiations, sign sales contracts, and oversee order execution and payment collection
• Conduct regular customer visits to provide professional product solutions and technical support
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project implementation

Requirements

• Associate degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in welding equipment or related industries
• Strong market analysis and business development skills
• Familiarity with SWS welding equipment products and current market trends
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel and ability to work independently to develop customers and projects
• Result-oriented mindset with strong stress tolerance
