About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales for the staff augmentation arm of the consulting firm
- Bid qualified resources on staff augmentation opportunities with banks and financial institutions in NYC
- Assist the bid team with responses to Vendor of Record RFP processes
- Propose resources on staff augmentation opportunities in response to client SOWs
- Act as the main interface for the staff augmentation sales process for IT Financial Services opportunities
- Partner with recruiters to build resource pipelines for Financial Services IT staffing
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Client Executives to develop resource needs
- Coordinate interviews and communicate results between candidates and client leads
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or service sales
- Experience working within the Financial Services IT Services marketplace
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision as a self-starter
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
