About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive product demand
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans to exceed annual sales goals
- Address issues related to access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with key stakeholders
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding and communicating customer needs and goals
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site of care options and disease state information
- Coordinate with patient services and market access teams to support account needs
- Manage efforts within assigned promotional and operational budgets
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding changing market environments and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience (or equivalent experience based on degree level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel approximately 50%, including some overnight and weekend commitments
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Buy-and-bill experience with documented success in biologics or infusion
- Sales experience in Ophthalmology or rare/specialty disease states
- Experience with site of care, reimbursement, and integrated delivery networks
- Proven ability to coordinate across field teams to address complex account needs
