About the role

Responsibilities

  • Represent KRYSTEXXA to physicians and healthcare professionals to establish product sales
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to meet and exceed annual sales goals
  • Promote products within approved labeling in a fair, ethical, and compliant manner
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and communicating them to internal teams
  • Serve as a consultant regarding payer policies, reimbursement regulations, and billing processes
  • Provide feedback to marketing and commercial leadership regarding the changing market environment
  • Manage territory activities, administrative duties, and promotional budgets accurately and timely

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience (or equivalent experience as outlined in job levels)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel approximately 20-30%, including some overnight and weekend commitments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Rheumatology therapeutic area
  • Experience with "buy and bill" processes and reimbursement
  • Experience in biologic or biotech sales
  • Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
