About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive product demand
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans to exceed annual sales goals
- Manage total territory accounts, addressing issues related to access, pull-through, and reimbursement
- Coordinate with patient services, market access, and other field teams to meet account needs
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on disease states and site of care options
- Maintain accurate and timely communication regarding territory activity and market feedback
- Adhere to all corporate compliance policies, including the PhRMA code
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience (or equivalent experience as specified in job levels)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time, including some overnight and weekend commitments
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with buy-and-bill models
- Experience with biologics or infusion therapies
- Sales experience in Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, or rare/specialty disease states
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks
- Knowledge of site of care and reimbursement processes
