About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a specific portfolio of Spanish market clients through regular engagement and video calls.
- Act as a dedicated consultant to understand client needs, goals, and business processes.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-selling opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction.
- Proactively analyze your portfolio to develop and implement strategic action plans for each account.
- Monitor and report on trends, potential weaknesses, and product improvement opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B portfolio management.
- Proven track record in managing churn, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
- Proficient level of Spanish.
- Professional level of English.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or SaaS software.
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
