About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle from initial contact to closing complex transactions
  • Resolve customer issues to maintain long-term relationships with SolarWinds
  • Communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
  • Manage software renewal quotes and generate custom quotes for customers
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce
  • Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and insights
  • Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
  • Maintain high daily call and email volume

Requirements

  • Results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Ability to multi-task and track multiple issues in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of subscription models, Perpetual Support, SaaS, and cloud technologies
  • Previous experience with NetSuite or Salesforce
