About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle from initial contact to closing complex transactions
- Resolve customer issues to maintain long-term relationships with SolarWinds
- Communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
- Manage software renewal quotes and generate custom quotes for customers
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce
- Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and insights
- Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
- Maintain high daily call and email volume
Requirements
- Results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving experience
- Ability to multi-task and track multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of subscription models, Perpetual Support, SaaS, and cloud technologies
- Previous experience with NetSuite or Salesforce
