About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key advertisers and agency partners to exceed performance KPIs.
- Partner with Client Partner, Marketing Science, and Product teams to develop insight-driven digital campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
- Manage complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally.
- Analyze campaign performance data to guide measurement strategies, identify trends, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Serve as a product expert by educating clients on Snap’s advertising products and best practices.
- Drive adoption of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools through technical support and real-time analysis.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the digital media industry, specifically focused on performance marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic environments.
- Strong understanding of the biddable media and app measurement ecosystem.
- Existing professional relationships with marketing teams and advertising agencies.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of advertising platforms, performance metrics, and the digital ecosystem.
- Experience managing media within a biddable auction advertising environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to transform opportunities into action.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- A passion for Snapchat and knowledge of its advertising products.
