Account Manager, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients acquired through business development and direct sales teams
• Develop and execute maintenance, renewal, and upselling strategies to increase transaction volume and revenue
• Guide the team in breaking down execution steps and managing timelines to achieve growth targets
• Identify client pain points in sectors such as e-commerce, digital media, B2B foreign trade, and international logistics
• Collaborate with internal product teams to refine industry-specific solutions and enhance client experience
• Monitor industry trends and provide actionable feedback to drive sustainable business development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years of relevant experience, including experience in sales or customer operations management
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills with a result-oriented mindset
• Excellent data analysis, planning, and client communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced market changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in banking, cross-border payments, forex, or e-commerce
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships and influence client behavior through data-driven insights
