Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high levels of engagement with key decision makers
  • Identify growth opportunities and add new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Leverage data analytics to provide regular business reviews and presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets for up-selling and cross-selling Perk products
  • Develop strong client relationships to shape their business travel programs
  • Identify and solve account problems with long-term strategic solutions
  • Act as a key contact between internal teams and Account Management to ensure smooth product integrations

Requirements

  • Native or near-native level of French
  • Fluent level of English
  • Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience
  • Background in SaaS or travel-tech highly preferred
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and translate data for customers
