Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high levels of engagement with key decision makers
- Identify growth opportunities and add new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Leverage data analytics to provide regular business reviews and presentations to senior stakeholders
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets for up-selling and cross-selling Perk products
- Develop strong client relationships to shape their business travel programs
- Identify and solve account problems with long-term strategic solutions
- Act as a key contact between internal teams and Account Management to ensure smooth product integrations
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of French
- Fluent level of English
- Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience
- Background in SaaS or travel-tech highly preferred
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and translate data for customers
