About the role

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound dials to a book of approximately 75 SMB restaurant partners
  • Establish and review performance goals and KPIs for restaurant partners
  • Advise business owners on pricing, promotions, and product adoption like DashPass and Ads
  • Communicate with merchants via phone and email to monitor performance and surface risks
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBR) to identify revenue optimizations and growth opportunities
  • Reduce churn and support new store expansions
  • Collaborate with internal growth teams to identify optimal products for merchants

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing sales roles
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales with DTT minimums
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations or a related setting
  • Experience managing a book of accounts and driving retention and growth
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Intermediate to proficient skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong AI fluency or eagerness to utilize new AI tools for efficiency
