About the role
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound dials to a book of approximately 75 SMB restaurant partners
- Establish and review performance goals and KPIs for restaurant partners
- Advise business owners on pricing, promotions, and product adoption like DashPass and Ads
- Communicate with merchants via phone and email to monitor performance and surface risks
- Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBR) to identify revenue optimizations and growth opportunities
- Reduce churn and support new store expansions
- Collaborate with internal growth teams to identify optimal products for merchants
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing sales roles
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales with DTT minimums
- 2+ years of experience in business operations or a related setting
- Experience managing a book of accounts and driving retention and growth
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Intermediate to proficient skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Strong AI fluency or eagerness to utilize new AI tools for efficiency
