About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 200-300 small accounts within the Spanish market to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and churn management
  • Provide proactive, personalized after-sales support and timely communication to clients
  • Educate customers on new product features and align them with specific business use cases
  • Conduct regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen client relationships
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to provide valuable product feedback

Requirements

  • Proficient in Spanish and fluent in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in customer-focused roles, such as customer support or customer success
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
