About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales efforts through farming existing large-scale customer accounts to achieve yearly revenue targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Meet with clients to identify specific needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Generate and qualify new leads, managing them through the entire sales process to closure
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track performance, scope, and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple business units to execute high-impact transformational initiatives
Requirements
- 2-7 years of end-to-end sales experience in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech sectors
- Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale customer accounts within the BFSI domain
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
