About the role
Responsibilities
- Hold overall commercial responsibility for assigned customers and develop strategies to maximize business.
- Lead the coordination of new business quotations and drive acquisition plans.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive customer strategies to improve profitability and growth.
- Implement market-driven pricing strategies in conjunction with sales management.
- Build strong rapport with key decision-makers and manage the customer interface strategy.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor developments, and customer trends.
- Take ownership of total customer satisfaction and monitor performance on key supplier metrics.
- Develop sales forecasts and monitor market trends for monthly adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with contract review procedures and commercial policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (technical degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Account Management.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a technical industry.
