About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hold overall commercial responsibility for assigned customers and develop strategies to maximize business.
  • Lead the coordination of new business quotations and drive acquisition plans.
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive customer strategies to improve profitability and growth.
  • Implement market-driven pricing strategies in conjunction with sales management.
  • Build strong rapport with key decision-makers and manage the customer interface strategy.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor developments, and customer trends.
  • Take ownership of total customer satisfaction and monitor performance on key supplier metrics.
  • Develop sales forecasts and monitor market trends for monthly adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with contract review procedures and commercial policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (technical degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Account Management.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a technical industry.
