Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts, building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer growth and commercial goals
• Drive adoption of new platform features and capabilities
• Run regular business and governance reviews using performance data
• Identify risks and growth opportunities including renewals, cross-sell, and upsell
• Support customers through incidents and escalations with clear communication
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Launch, and Customer Support teams
• Act as the voice of the customer to shape future product improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex B2B customer relationships in fintech or financial services
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner
• Strong commercial awareness and experience identifying growth opportunities
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and using data to inform decisions
• Understanding of the regulatory environment, including Consumer Duty
• Ability to explain technical concepts like APIs and integrations clearly

• Salary between £65,000 and £80,000
