About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage regional travel program performance and lead complex multinational client programs to drive retention and growth
  • Build strategic partnerships with C-Suite stakeholders, procurement executives, and preferred suppliers
  • Identify opportunities for program efficiencies, process improvements, and innovations that deliver value
  • Ensure program compliance, capture leakages, and provide competitive insights
  • Execute and negotiate contractual obligations to achieve agreed outcomes for all parties
  • Lead webinars, customer reviews, and workshops using industry expertise and market intelligence
  • Analyse data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • 3+ years in post-sales B2B roles with multinational companies, OR 5-8 years in regional account management
  • Proven track record of building authentic relationships with stakeholders from travel managers to C-Suite executives
  • Strong analytics and data interpretation skills with a solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to collaborate across different functions and geographies
  • Experience in Travel Management Companies (TMC) is a plus
