About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a portfolio of technical and nontechnical products, services, and solutions to both current and new customers.
- Inform customers of new product and service introductions as well as pricing updates.
- Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to maintain a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
- Work independently to resolve complex issues using company standard policies and procedures.
- Exercise judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate actions for account management.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent related professional experience.
- 3 years of functional professional experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of position-specific sales or account management experience.
- Proficiency with various sales tools, systems, and procedures.
