About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Altium's SaaS solutions.
  • Perform deep-dive account mapping and present value propositions to various stakeholder personas.
  • Ensure high post-sales satisfaction to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities within the Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Track and manage subscription renewal dates within the assigned territory to maximize retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS software sales, specifically with annual subscriptions and maintenance contracts.
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of managing and coaching teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Fluency in English; experience working with customers across PAN India is essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ECAD, MCAD, or PLM software.
  • Knowledge of additional Indian languages.
