Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives to align company offerings with their needs
• Coordinate internally with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales metrics and growth opportunities
• Support contract renewals and negotiate terms in collaboration with legal and sales departments
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen business relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in account management
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and account renewal processes
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the maritime, shipping, or logistics sectors
