Account Manager Retail

Responsibilities

• Support existing customers in the supermarket, specialist retail, and Cash & Carry sectors with a focus on sustainable product ranges
• Identify and acquire new retail locations through proactive customer outreach and market knowledge
• Independently organize tours and customer appointments within the sales region
• Identify potential, observe consumer trends, and represent the brand at trade fairs
• Maintain contacts with store managers, purchasing decision-makers, and multipliers to strengthen market position

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in retail or wholesale
• Proven experience in retail, such as store management
• High affinity for numbers and knowledge of listings, sales figures, and calculations
• Strong initiative and sense of responsibility
• Enthusiasm for consumer trends and creative product presentation
• Ability to translate customer needs into convincing sales arguments
• Very good German and English language skills
