About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on building and executing a new strategic channel retail go-to-market model
- Develop and grow relationships with key decision-makers at key retailers
- Build and execute retail roadmaps, launches, and market share growth strategies
- Drive merchandising excellence in collaboration with marketing teams
- Develop and own strategy for trade promotions and customer spending
- Manage Customer P&Ls to achieve Net Revenue and Customer Contribution objectives
- Inform customer forecasts based on established business plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail CPG
- Experience in Alternate Channels or Business Development
- Experience managing large retail accounts
- Experience in strategic planning for growth and expansion of new channels
- Experience with wholesale channels and independent customers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
