About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on building and executing a new strategic channel retail go-to-market model
  • Develop and grow relationships with key decision-makers at key retailers
  • Build and execute retail roadmaps, launches, and market share growth strategies
  • Drive merchandising excellence in collaboration with marketing teams
  • Develop and own strategy for trade promotions and customer spending
  • Manage Customer P&Ls to achieve Net Revenue and Customer Contribution objectives
  • Inform customer forecasts based on established business plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail CPG
  • Experience in Alternate Channels or Business Development
  • Experience managing large retail accounts
  • Experience in strategic planning for growth and expansion of new channels
  • Experience with wholesale channels and independent customers
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
