Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Market, sell, and promote ResMed's full range of products to drive revenue growth across all categories.
• Develop and enhance business relationships through consultative customer visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
• Identify and develop new customer bases while expanding existing accounts to maximize turnover and profit margins.
• Conduct commercial negotiations for the purchase and supply of products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to evaluate business conditions and market trends.
• Network with senior internal and external personnel to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience managing the local Lucknow region.
• Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day instruction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Respiratory, Sleep Medicine, Cardio-Metabolic, or Diabetes therapy areas.
• Strong ability to resolve complex issues through creative problem-solving.
